All insights, signals, and analysis are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment recommendations. You are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using utxoIQ (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
utxoIQ is an AI-powered Bitcoin blockchain intelligence platform. The Service includes:
- —Real-time on-chain signals (mempool, exchange flows, whale tracking, miner behaviour, treasury, predictive)
- —AI-generated insights and analysis via multiple AI providers
- —Compliance and sanctions screening for Bitcoin addresses
- —Smart money intelligence and entity tracking
- —Custom alerts and webhook notifications
- —REST and WebSocket API access with Python and JavaScript SDKs
- —Daily intelligence briefs
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@baref00t.io.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing

- —All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- —Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- —Annual plans offer approximately 20% savings vs monthly billing
- —Invoice billing available on Power tier
4.3 Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. Refunds are not available for renewals or after 14 days of initial purchase.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems
- —Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- —Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) beyond the published API without written permission
- —Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service, API data, or AI-generated insights
- —Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- —Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- —Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
6. API Usage
API access is available on all tiers, subject to rate limits. Free tier provides read-only REST access. Pro and Power tiers include full REST and WebSocket access, SDKs, and higher rate limits. API abuse may result in suspension or termination. Rate limits are documented at utxoiq.com/docs#rate-limits.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by utxoIQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our AI-generated insights and analysis are proprietary.
7.2 Blockchain Data
Bitcoin blockchain data is public information. Our processing, analysis, and AI interpretation of that data is proprietary to utxoIQ.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 No Investment Advice
utxoIQ provides informational and analytical tools only. No content constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Past on-chain patterns do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
8.2 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. AI-generated insights may contain errors or inaccuracies.
8.3 Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime (Power tier SLA) but do not guarantee uninterrupted access for other tiers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, utxoIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless utxoIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
